You can contribute significantly to the Midwest CareCenter mission—providing care for people who are dealing with serious or complex illnesses, potentially terminal illnesses or the death of a loved one. Volunteers help in a variety of ways, working in patient and family care services, office support, community service & special events or boards and committees. Each volunteer must fill out an application and participate in a general orientation session. General orientation sessions are offered on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 2050 Claire Ct. in Glenview. For some volunteer positions, additional training is required. We also offer our volunteers many other opportunities for training and enrichment.
