Meditation: Plain and SimpleClasses will focus on yearning to be present in life as it is through various techniques. Each class will include a few yoga stretches. Meditation may help with stress reduction and increase awareness and presence in everyday life. Mondays in February Participation is free, but registration is required by January 9. Space is limited.
