

Former Midwest CareCenter patient Scott Crane was an inspiring chef whose drive, determination and enthusiasm for life touched us all deeply. Created in his memory, with the support of his family and volunteers, this cookbook contains nearly 300 recipes from volunteers, staff and professional chefs.
