
Miriam Mollin joined Midwest CareCenter in December 2008. Ms. Mollin is responsible for the overall effectiveness, leadership, structure, vision, strategic direction, management, business outcomes and goal achievement of the Human Resources department. Ms. Mollin oversees all human resources activities, including staffing, performance management, employee engagement, benefits and compensation, payroll, compliance and leadership and employee development. As the head of human resources, she is charged with responsibility for effective performance of relevant key business outcomes including employee engagement, satisfaction, turnover and other HR metrics. She is also responsible for leading initiatives to streamline human resources processes and systems in effort to provide excellent HR support to Midwest CareCenter employees.
Ms. Mollin has more than twenty years experience in U.S. and international lead human resources roles. From 2004 to 2008, she managed global and local HR processes at corporate offices of Fortune Brands INC, a global consumer brands company. Ms. Mollin also served in a number of progressive HR roles in the U.S. and Ireland over her fourteen years at Accenture, a global IT consulting and outsourcing company. She began her career at Guinness PLC., London, U.K.
Ms. Mollin holds a post-graduate diploma in personnel management and a bachelor of arts degree from Ireland.
